Job Description

What are your responsibilities for this role?


Manage resellers and VAPs in Beijing, support customers with routine activities;

Support customers in responsible territory to approach annual business target;

Assist the line manager and team for the daily administration and file management;

Cooperate with regional sales & operation regarding to marketing events

Support data analysis (e.g. maintenance of database) and fieldwork of team projects   

Other duties as assigned.

Arrange regular meeting and appointment, as required take meeting minutes and follow-up to ensure close of action items;

Responsible for supporting the travel arrangements and reimbursement including booking flights, reserving hotel, registering for meetings and seminars, and car rentals etc.

Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system, assist to manage the signing process.

Manage office assets & supplies administration and procurement


How do you need to qualify for this role?


Professional knowledge of business administration, sales assistant experience is preferred.

Able to handle multiple tasks and projects.

English language.                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

Ability to coordinate business communication among different organizations.

Good communication skills

Good command of English
