ORACLE NETSUITE

Business Analyst/Sales Reference Coordinator

IC1/IC2                                                      

  • Work with Independent Software Vendors (ISV's) that Oracle NetSuite has partnered with to enhance our product offerings and meet our customer's needs.
  • Accountable for lead referral management to and from partners who belong to the SuiteCloud Developer Network (SDN).
  • Manage quarterly reports for partners and work closely with a global Sales Operations team on sales compensation, as well as with the Collections team to ensure commission payments from partners.
  • Work closely with a software developer to improve and automate the referral program which includes providing workflow processes, functional specifications and testing in sandbox.
  • Act as a liaison between Developer partners and the Sales and Account Management team globally, as well as assist the team in determining the best solution that would fit their customer/prospect’s needs. 
  • Maintain tracking on sales referral revenue from partners and report on sales volumes and deal amounts.
  • Work closely with Finance team to ensure payments/allocations of commissions
  • Assist in creation of process documentation
  • Assist in communications with SDN partners
  • Assist with marketing project management, working with partners to track project progress

Minimum requirements\:

  • Bachelors’ Degree
  • Must work US (Pacific time zone) hours – may alter hours periodically
  • Must work out of the Oracle office 4 days per week
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively within a high-pressured environment while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Word and Excel.
  • Detail oriented, precise and meticulous.

Preferred skills

  • HTML coding a plus
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud a plus
  • Accounting knowledge a plus

Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.

Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. Attention to detail critical. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. Relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired. 0 - 2 years relevant work experience.
