Preferred Qualifications

This role will be responsible for providing Go to Market Sales Modelling & Territory Planning support for a regional EMEA Tech license Sales Organization.

The successful applicant will be familiar with CRM/ERP systems, understand overall sales modeling and sales strategy concepts, and have a data driven and results oriented mindset.
Previous experience in dealing with IT –oriented sales organizations is preferable. 
Strong communication skills and an ability to deal with ambiguity and build consensus are also key skills.
 
Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Ensure a proper framework in support for the Sales Modelling and Territory Planning exercises for the EMEA Tech license organizations.
Ensure the uniqueness, accuracy and continued enrichment of the data sets used in the Go To Market process.
Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on best business practices and processes on the subject of sales territory planning & maintenance.
Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization*s financial and tactical business objectives.
Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Global Sales Ops, EMEA Business Ops Partners, Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.
Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.
Admin background can be a plus.

Activities include although not restricted to\:

YOY Sales Territory Modelling, Planning & Submission
PMO for year start comp plan & territory acceptance
Customer Data Gap & Enrichment analysis
Data scrubbing
Liaising with Global Territories & Customer Data team to outline EMEA requirements
Current fiscal year Market Coverage Analysis for supported region & LoB.
Up to date country territory coverage lists with added customer intelligence
Pipeline Data Quality Analysis, Tracking, and liaising with Global Pipeline And Audit team to outline EMEA requirements

Competencies/Skills

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. 
Will have project lead role and project management skills are required.
Attention to detail is critical. 
Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format.
Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. 
Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with Local Sales Ops & Sales leadership stakeholders
Good organizational & planning skills 
Microsoft Office savvy 
Self-sufficient & task oriented
Proactive attitude and capable of taking ownership over the processes 
Analytical skills & problem solving attitude are required 
2 plus years relevant work experience.
