Amazon’s Direct Fulfillment team is seeking team members who are enthusiastic about the customer experience and interested in tackling the most challenging logistics and supply chain problems on the planet. We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a team that identifies, creates, develops and integrates innovative solutions that lead to improvements in our Direct Fulfillment transportation network worldwide.

Key job responsibilities
The successful candidate is passionate about customer experience and strives for operational excellence. You should be comfortable working with ambiguities, adept at learning new tools and systems, in a fast-paced environment that requires you to be detail-oriented and working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Manage the day-to-day interactions with business partners in worldwide operations, product, and technology teams with a focus on continuous improvements in transportation performance, capacity, and cost through transportation configurations

2. Support projects relating to transportation network expansion and improvements

3. Design, develop, and implement solutions to more effectively utilize technical configuration and automation to deliver tangible operational and customer benefits

4. Deliver results through extensive cross functional integration with multiple amazon internal technology and business execution teams
