About Job
Identify and implement partnerships & business opportunities with B2B accounts such as hospitals/clinics/wellness centers and other healthcare players.
Key responsibilities:
Understand B2B partners/clients and their patients’ needs, challenges, priorities and alternative solutions

Conduct marketing programs to raise awareness among healthcare players
提高康语在医疗行业的知名度进行合理的计划和引导
Generate and qualify partner/client leads
不断开发及提升合作伙伴的资质
Prepare and implement timely action plans to targeted companies
准备并实施选定合作伙伴行动计划
Set up and conduct 1:1 meetings with business clients/partners
建立及进行与医疗企业客户或合作伙伴一对一会议
Contribute to B2C marketing activities leveraging resources of partnered healthcare providers/companies
把握与医疗行业的资源来促进与消费者/患者的市场活动
Ensure timely and effective implementation of established partnerships and services offered to business partners/clients
确保落实以建立的合作伙伴和安排合作业务服务
Prepare and present to partners/clients reports with analytics and recommendation about cooperation outcomes
准备及简报给合作方或医疗客户分析报表和合作结果建议
Report partnering/sales activities outcome and follow up actions
汇报合作或销售活动结果及后续计划
Maintain partner/customer service satisfaction and good relationships
维持合作方关系或医疗客户服务满意度
Develop and maintain a B2B partner/customer database
发展及维持B2B合作或医疗客户数据库
Control timing and allocated budget for any BD related activities
掌握所有直销活动时间及预算
Candidate Profile
3-5 years or more of experience incl. 2 years in Business Development or Sales with successful track records for signing new accounts / managing accounts
3-5年企业开发或销售工作经验,有成功记录签署新帐户/管理帐户
Ability to activate/manage a network of 3rd party sales for getting referrals
能够激活/管理第三方销售群并且获得推荐
Ideally 2 years of experience in medical/healthcare fields, high potential medical reps or district area manager
2年以上医疗/卫生事业,或地区区域经理或高潜力的医药代表经验优先
Considerable knowledge of selling techniques
有丰富的销售技巧,商业流程及市场营销知识
Analytical ability to track, understand and report partnership performance related data
具备分析能力来了解和汇报伙伴关系的有关数据表现
Experience in a start-up environment is a strong plus
有创业工作经验大大优先
Native Mandarin speaker with strong Chinese oral skill
具备标准中文水平的普通话技能
Can read English and ideally good oral capability
基本英语阅读能力并且具备良好的英语口头能力

Terms
Shanghai-based
Starting date as soon as possible
Package: 10-20 K RMB monthly (incl. bonus), significant options for free shares
