Develop new business opportunities and meet assigned financial targets
  • Update the Lead Tracker on a weekly basis capturing all new leads
  • Actively pursue all leads through to OVAL assessment and maintain OVAL stage compliance rate
  • Coordinate with LM to ensure accuracy of FFS for monthly and flash reporting
  • Proactively pursue strategies outlined in the China BD Plan and update the BD Head monthly
  • Develop & implement P&L specific BD plan and lead execution of China BD Plan in local market
  • Maintain BDM Sales Revenue Tracker & report into BD Head on monthly basis. Demonstrate your personal contribution margin hitting the target
  • Support LM to achieve financial target for P&L
  • Establish structured communication with other business and interact regularly with the objective of Industry intelligence & market understanding, Leads generation, Competitor Information
Provide superior client service
  • Manage the local proposal process as per the defined BDM role
  • Assist Head of BD in all pan China / key client / regional pursuits
  • Ensure all client interactions and correspondence is done in a timely and professional manner and represents JLL brand
  • Complete Win-Loss Brief for all Projects issue monthly report to BD Head. Lead BD to Ops transition meeting following project win.
  • Systematically manage communication with existing clients to develop understanding of future pipeline and obtain feedback on ongoing client satisfaction, feedback to LM and BD Head on regular basis
  • Follow up with clients to receive CSAT scores
  • Form and maintain Client Relationships, follow up with clients on pursued opportunities
Contribute to growth of company
  • Ensure that the key collaterals (case studies, cvs, proposals) follow the required JLL guidelines & are regularly uploaded to China BDC
  • Maintain the quality of all client engagement material including proposals. Develop client specific “Value Propositions” to maximize business potential by positioning for future work, including new sector research
  • Specific client research to create list of 5 top new clients to pursue and research
  • Assist Head of BD in Competitor Analysis
  • Contribute to innovations which would enable effective and efficient BD process implementation.
  • Win clients with repeat business potential
