As a BD Team Lead in Media & Entertainment and Advertisement industry, you will be a proud member of Amazon Web Service (AWS) China, one of the leading cloud computing company based in Beijing. AWS are currently comprised of a full range of cloud computing products such as EC2, RDS, S3 and all the business are rapidly expanding. Joining the AWS Tech Sales team means partnering with a dynamic and creative team who set a high bar for innovation and success in a fast-paced and changing environment. We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, hard-working and creative candidate to join our AWS Technical BD Team. RESPONSIBILITY

• Drive revenue and market share in Media & Entertainment and Advertisement business in China;
• Identify & engage Media & Entertainment and Advertisement industry customer or any other customer assigned by Amazon.
• Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
• Develop and execute against a comprehensive territory plan.
• Hire and develop a team in assigned territories and industry.
• Maintain a robust pipeline & reporting.
• Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
• Manage contract negotiations.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts in Media & Entertainment and Advertisement ecosystem.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Expect moderate travel within the region (East and South)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 8+ years of technology related business development experience.
• 3 + years of team and people management experience with tracked record of hitting target.
• Familiar with Media & Entertainment and Advertisement business and developer ecosystem in China, with proven sales record or win cases.
• Experienced in business planning and territory planning .
• Experienced in hiring and developing a BD team in managing volume business.
• Can think big (with go-to-market plan) in strategic alliance in internet business and developer ecosystem.
• BA/BS degree required. Masters or MBA/EMBA is plus.
• A technical or presale background is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English skill.
• BD experience with virtualization/big data/AI solutions is a bonus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Media & Entertainment and Advertisement industry knowledge or experience is preferred.
• Experience with cloud solutions
• Cross functional experience (Architect, Sales Engineer, Professional Services, Partner or ISV)
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences in business proficient English
• Amazon Web Services Certification is a plus
