Job Description

 

Client Partner Activation role is a unique combination of client relationship building, nurturing of existing accounts for growth, client strategy and project management across Oracle Advertising. You will be responsible for your Agency and Brand account in AU & NZ. Your job is to understand how Oracle Advertising product suite best complements these brands offerings, helping them enable more effective digital campaigns. 

 

You will work closely with the Regional Director on priority accounts across the Oracle Advertising portfolio and ensure we become core to their business (planning, buying and measurement). You will be responsible for nurturing brands and agencies relationships. Lead proactive account service activity to drive usage and stickiness of Oracle Advertising with brands and agencies. You will work with Account Managers  to connect with brands and agencies at all levels from trading desks through to agencies planning directors to brands direct.

 

Working as a key member of the AU & NZ Oracle Advertising team, your work ethic and collaboration will be of the highest order. Excellence in all-rounder ability is essential for team success as we strengthen our position as number one in AU & NZ.

 

Specific responsibilities:

  • Own and manage client relationships alongside Account Managers, ensuring a successful partnership and overall positive experience with Oracle Advertising.
  • Proactively review and monitor clients’ data and usage of Oracle Advertising products to identify upsell opportunities
  • Work closely with Account Managers to deliver exceptional service and continue to build and foster relationships with our brands and agencies partners
  • Identify product training needs within account portfolio and spot opportunities to educate partners about our three core products
  • Deliver presentations to allocated account teams to communicate new Oracle Advertising products and initiatives
  • Increase revenue across existing trading relationships
  • Quarterly forecasting, setting of OKRs and tracking of key account revenues and activity
  • Product Development: actively communicate to the Product team how Oracle Advertising offerings are being received and help identify potential new offerings.

 

  • Team Coordination: Identify areas where Oracle Advertising processes can be improved between Client Partners and Account Managers and set strategies and training to drive efficiencies

 

 

 

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • 6+ years in account services or sales roles working with brands direct, publishers, or digital media providers (Networks, DSPs, DMPs, etc.)
  • Subject matter expertise in audience or context targeting, mobile and/or video preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record building and growing revenue across assigned accounts
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising processes and techniques. Solid understanding of ad-tech ecosystem
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships over time, converting transactional relationships to trusted partnerships
  • Strong energy, drive and enthusiasm balanced with patience and persistence
  • Solid verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in teams and be flexible within a dynamic environment
Manages a team that is responsible for identifying relevant new business opportunities and designing "go-to-market" plans to deliver measurable and significant revenues. Consistently meets with potential customers and current customers to build pipeline.

Manages a team of business development representatives for a territory/region. May manage through other managers. The team is actively and frequently customer facing, providing the value proposition to business or org leaders, qualifying opportunities, and selling the value of the oracle solution. Provides daily operations management of lead qualification functions. Participates, as a team member, in strategic and tactical planning for the division. Responsible for coaching, performance management, and career development of staff. Participates in the recruiting process and provides hiring recommendations to senior management. Manages budget. Provides support to marketing and sales programs.

Experience qualifying prospects and customers; understanding of the sales cycle process. Strong leadership skills. Strong Oracle product knowledge preferred. BA/BS preferred. Experience managing staff. Manage and control activities in multi-functional areas of sections. Ensure appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet business needs.
