Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for LVM market intelligence, including market competition, market trend and customer requirements in terms product and sales.
- Dive and analyze LVM business model, e.g. channel business strategy and management.
- Drive and analyze LVM global accounts approach.
- Be responsible for LVM related CRM topic, e.g. CRM implementation, optimization.
- Figure out LVM sales promotion program, e.g. Business Target Agreement (BTA), Country Concept (CC).
- Support and conduct regions LVM business development initiative review, e.g. BTA, country concept.
- Lead sales competence ramp-up.
Requirements:
- 5+ years Business development or market intelligence experience related in automation and drive products.
- Strong systematic capability, especially in analysis and structuring summary.
- Strong customer orientation and result driven.
- Passionate & self-motivated.
- Excellent learning ability with good business sense.
- Good intercultural skills.
- Fluent English and Mandarin. German or other foreign language ability will be a plus.
