Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for LVM market intelligence, including market competition, market trend and customer requirements in terms product and sales.
  • Dive and analyze LVM business model, e.g. channel business strategy and management.
  • Drive and analyze LVM global accounts approach.
  • Be responsible for LVM related CRM topic, e.g. CRM implementation, optimization.
  • Figure out LVM sales promotion program, e.g. Business Target Agreement (BTA), Country Concept (CC).
  • Support and conduct regions LVM business development initiative review, e.g. BTA, country concept.
  • Lead sales competence ramp-up.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years Business development or market intelligence experience related in automation and drive products.
  • Strong systematic capability, especially in analysis and structuring summary.
  • Strong customer orientation and result driven.
  • Passionate & self-motivated.
  • Excellent learning ability with good business sense.
  • Good intercultural skills.
  • Fluent English and Mandarin. German or other foreign language ability will be a plus.
