Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the monthly capacity planning of the factories on world level.
• Realize “on-demand” and cyclical analysis.
• Responsible of business specific market intelligence, focus on market share.
• Coordinate with RGs and figure out LVM CMM globally.
• Drive internal reporting digitalization.
• Presentation to management on LVM business planning and tools.

Requirements:

• 5+ years business planning or related in automation and drive products.
• Familiar with internal planning process & tools.
• Strong structure & analytical capability.
• Good communication & presentation skills.
• Good collaboration.
• Excellent learning ability with good business sense.
• Good intercultural skills.
• Fluent English and Mandarin. German or other foreign language ability will be a plus.
