Job Description

Our Business Transformation Consultants help drive large scale change that spans IBM business units and geographies. As a part of this team, you will have the unique opportunity to be a part of driving IBM’s ongoing transformation as a company that continuously innovates and leads the market.

  • Work proactively with clients to refine their current business strategy or develop a new strategy in line with competitive and market forces
  • Identify strategic capabilities needed to create and sustain one or more sources of competitive advantage. These capabilities may come in the form of process, information technology, organization enablement, or knowledge
  • Identify best practices and client performance gaps by using tools to identify, align, and change the factors that affect performance, stability, and teaming and develops comprehensive transformation recommendations.
  • Build and provide stable, scalable, and sustainable applications to support the client to achieve their business goals

  • 3+ years of professional Java coding (familiar with spring framework is plus)
  • Experienced in designing and programming applications in Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud environments











  • Experienced in building applications using Containers, Kubernetes (or any commercial distribution like ICP, Openshift..) and Serverless technologies
  • Experience creating highly available, large-scale enterprise applications.
  • Experience with micro service developing framework, such as: Spring Cloud or Dubbo,..etc.
  • Experience with configuration management and automation technologies (e.g. Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, Chef or Ansible).
