REQUIREMENT

• Make process engineering for projects according to requirement and specifications from contract and following SPX FLOW guidelines.

• Apply liquid Dairy, Food and Beverage process technology, as well as SPX FOW components and 3rd party equipment in the design.
• To make sure that the technical solutions are cost efficient and hygienic.
• Process calculation for mass balance, utility consumptions, heat exchange, piping system.
• Able to prepare P&ID, Layout, item list and process function descriptions.
• To make technical specifications for other functions of Electrical, Automation, Mechanical, installation and commissioning etc.
• To support installation site activity as requested in terms of installation quality and performance. In connection with installation team to ensure that the plant is delivered to the customer without defects
• To inform the project manager about any changes that occurs related to the project.
• In corporation with Purchase inspect and examine all parts and ensure that the parts list and packing list of the plant is correct before shipping.
• To make technical specifications for suppliers, to prepare requisitions and specification for components, equipment and to be purchased.
• To ensure that technical documentation and engineering folder are updated whenever new information is received so that these vital documents are always up to date.
• To make sure that the process instruction or operation manual are made and handed to the customer in due time.
• Support Sales, Proposal work and Aftermarket if required.
• Point out if the procedures of SPX FLOW can be conducted in a better way
• To ensure that own works are updated as built at the closure of the project at the latest
• Register own time utility every week per the company procedure.
• On time delivery.
• Accept other process engineering related work allocation.
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Educated to Bachelor degree / above level or equivalent with major in Food Science, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical or Chemical Engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication. Good English skills in speaking and writing.
• 5 years related experience.
• Has knowledge and experience of UHT or membrane filtration application in F&B is priority.
• Strong knowledge in Food process engineering.
• Professional in Microsoft office and CAD. Plant3D capability is welcome.
• Ability to travel at least 30 percent of the time
• Attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to collaborate with others, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Emotionally intelligent with a strong bias for results. Innovative thinker.
