Calderys - Senior Project Manager, China

Job Summary

I. Key Accountabilities 主要职责:

• 对项目经理及安装团队进行管理，使之满足公司和国家对健康、安全、环保方面的要求，领导团队实现零事故率并对现场的安全负责；
• 领导团队完成公司项目，作好过程控制文件，以及项目交工资料；
• 完成项目资料归档；
• 对承包商进行管理；
• 对公司耐火材料安装设备进行维护和管理；
• 为项目前期的技术交流提供支持；
• 对项目成本进行估算，为投标提供依据；
• 配合公司ISO9001:2008及ISO14001:2004规定的相关任务
• 完成公司和直接汇报对象布置的其他工作。

Ⅱ. Profile 任职要求

Required education 教育背景

本科及以上，经验丰富者可放宽条件

Required experience and knowledge 相关经验和知识

• 5年以上的耐火材料项目经理经验，熟悉耐火材料施工相关规范。

  (石化、锅炉、垃圾焚烧等行业经验优先)

Qualifying experience and knowledge 合格的经验和知识

• 了解耐火材料的特性及应用知识；
• 良好的项目管理和协调能力、良好的团队合作精神；
• 能看懂图纸；
• 能适应频繁出差；
• 能熟练操作电脑，会使用Microsoft办公软件；
• 能用英语进行技术交流；
• 能独立处理相关事务，有较强的理解和判断能力；

• Personal/functional qualities 能力、个性特点和素质

• 良好的职业操守，细致、耐心、谨慎、踏实、稳重；
• 强烈的敬业精神与责任感；
• 工作原则性强；
• 较强的人际沟通和协调能力，有团队合作精神；
• 以客户和结果为导向。
