• Monitor Cargo operation progress during vessel berth

o Monitor TOMS

• Execute cargo contingency plan

o Cut & run/Omission/Phase in & out/Slide & tandem plan/Swap/Act per contingency checklist

• Handle cargo related exceptional requests per SOP and authority matrix.

o Rolling/Call back/Load list update (last mi-nute)/COV/COD/hold/Ad-hoc deadline setting/Code regis-ter/Mal-functional reefer/DG segregation/Cargo leakage/Early gate in/Late gate in/other exceptions

• Verify exceptional handling cost quotation and confirm expense under SOP and authority matrix
• Feedback enquiries and share cargo execution relevant infor-

• Exercise cost leadership and implement process improvement

o Stand-up VMS update/Late gate & COV application mainte-nance / Maintenance of load list update on portal

• Attend dynamic operations duty in case business requires
• Act on other tasks assigned by cargo execution manager
