Change Manager

Job Description
The change manager is responsible for:
Challenging and preparing change requests
• Ensure that change process rules are followed.
• Get prepared with the requestors in order to provide well-prepared fallback scenarios, approval paths etc.
• Perform a technical challenge of changes submitted by technical teams.
• Validate approval criteria for changes in Production.
• Verify availability of production assets.
Manage the “Change Advisory Board (CAB)”
• Prepare and organize meetings before a CAB.
• Prepare, organize, moderate and prepare a report of a CAB (Change Advisory Board)
• Send internal and external (client) communication regarding planned interventions.
Manage the “Post Implementation Review Process” (PIR)
• Identify status of a change after implementation (Completed, Fallback) and identify possible incidents triggered by the changes
• Organize “Post Implementation Review” meetings and follow-up.
• Provide information on incidents detected during release by Incident and Problem Managers.
Integrate Change Management process with other processes (internal and external).
• Cooperate with our Clients’ change management teams (Development)
• Cooperate with other processes (Incident Management)
