Job Description

We are looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts with our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partners. In this role you will work directly with partners, NetSuite sales and other marketing functions to create impactful campaigns and activities that result in onboarding new BPO partners and driving leads for current partners. In addition, you will also be responsible for BPO partner communications and supporting BPO partner recruiting efforts.

  • Create a content plan and content collateral for the BPO program.
  • Build BPO recruiting plan working with the partner recruiting team (sales and marketing)  
  • Build out a quarterly partner communications and event plan for current partners.
  • Build quarterly co-marketing plans with partners targeting new and current customers. Present to NetSuite sales and marketing management for approval.
  • Create integrated multi-touch campaigns that may include email, online programs, social media, events, presentations and/or webinars
  • Conduct regular meetings with internal stakeholders and partners to ensure successful campaign execution
  • Work closely with marketing operations and marketing communications to develop campaign components
  • Recommend and manage 3rd party vendors to support activities
  • Create scorecards and perform business reviews to report on metrics including MQLs, opportunities and closed won deals influenced by your efforts

Required Skills

  • Experience writing & editing email copy, datasheets, blogs, whitepapers, newsletters, etc.
  • Desired experience working in technology marketing. Partner marketing or BPO (Financial) industry experience on either the partner side or vendor side a plus but not required.
  • Experience planning and executing demand generation campaigns through internal resources and external vendors
  • Experience with event planning and management.
  • Past experience managing marketing budgets and/or coop programs.

As a member of the global Channel Marketing organization, establish joint marketing plans with partners and identify effective distribution channels to promote Oracle's products, services, and business programs in support of Corporate objectives. Drive delivery of the Oracle message and monitor business results of e-marketing by acting as an integration point for all marketing initiatives within your product or geography.

Manage advertising / public relations and communication activities within the context of the overall corporate plan for the achievement of short and long term business objectives, increased profit and market control; as defined and communicated by senior Marketing management. Assist subordinates to meet business targets and best practice solutions. Disseminate key corporate information to the geography operations pertaining to new product development/launches. Liaise with managing directors to ensure that marketing activities are in support of sales plans. Working alongside more senior staff and management provide budget input for channel marketing projects and activities. Ensure consistency between global directions and single-geography implementation choices. Implement and monitor advertising campaigns on a geographical basis as needed. Maintain necessary contact with major suppliers, agencies, customers, industry associations and government representatives to achieve marketing objectives. Provide effective performance management\: set clear goals for all staff, provide regular feedback on performance and conduct a formal appraisal at the conclusion of the fiscal year. Use professional concepts, company policies/procedures and creativity on Oracle / Partner assigned initiatives. Implement organizational changes in line with changing business & market needs.

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years relevant work experience. Software business management experience. Sales and Marketing experience in the IT industry. E-business Internet practical know-how.
