China Sales Operations Analyst

Position Summary:

As the China Sales Operations Analyst, your role is to accelerate best sales business practices and maximize market opportunities to drive corporate strategies and sales success for the Adobe Digital Experience (DX) organisation. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience successfully implementing and optimizing Enterprise sales processes and programs, delivering highly effective, efficient sales engines. Specific focus will be required in executing DX Go-To-Market strategies, driving strategic business reviews, and assisting in the management of day-to-day operations within China. Reporting to the GC Sales Operations Director, you will partner closely with China DX leadership team to support the China sales region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for improvements to DX Sales Productivity & Attainment in China.
  • Partner closely with the China Sales Director to run the China DX business.
  • Lead strategic and operational DX GTM planning, and drive excellence in execution.
  • Diagnose gaps and develop and drive action plans to improve performance in China.
  • Perform field productivity analysis and drive initiatives to improve productivity.
  • Interpret and assess current business practices and provide innovative approaches for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead and facilitate business reviews and planning.
  • Organize and drive standardized opportunity and account planning practices.
  • Maintain strong relationships with worldwide peers and stakeholders to evaluate effectiveness of programs and impact of operational strategies, programs and improvements

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of work experience in sales operations and finance, or demonstrably related field.
  • Ability to be successful working in highly matrixed organization
  • Experience in direct sales structures and strategies
  • Familiar with SFDC, Anaplan, Power BI
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity in international environments
  • Passionate about sales and developing excellent structures, processes and people
  • Highly motivated individual with a results-driven orientation, capable of multi-tasking in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization
  • Must have attention to detail, a commitment to quality and be results driven and customer focused.
  • "Can do / Will do" attitude in supporting the business.
