Job Description
Work you'll do:
  • Actively develop the account strategy and revenue plan with the Lead Client Service Partner (LCSP) and functional partners who are part of the leadership client service team. Where the account is part of a global account, actively liaise with the global account manager and support the local LCSP in the implementation of the global account service plan
  • Identify new Deloitte service offerings and propositions which would be of interest to the client
  • Develop a good working relationship with client's procurement and actively provide information and reporting on current engagements and total spend. Obtain information from procurement on the relative performance of Deloitte against our competitors.
  • Set up and manage the senior executive relationship action plans and client relationship maps
  • Maintain an understanding of the issues on the client's agenda and share information and key updates with the account team
  • Actively coordinate account team governance including meetings, agendas, actions, risks & issues and manage internal communication for the client relationship
  • Actively undertake effective reporting at executive and management levels, internally and externally
  • Monitor the pipeline of wins/losses and opportunities and keep the system accurate and up to date with the latest pursuit information
  • Provide the LCSP with support in the development of account revenue forecast and annual revenue plans
  • Provide proposal support on large and significant opportunities and coach the proposal team in using the right client language and positioning to increase bid success
  • Be the key client relationship contact for Hong Kong and direct enquiries and potential opportunities to SMEs within the firm

 

Requirements:
  • 5 years + experience
  • Proven Account Management experience
  • Financial Services Industry knowledge, ideally Banking and Capital Markets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Self-starter, independent thinker and resourceful
  • Very committed with a high level of drive, initiative and enthusiasm
  • Strong project management and project delivery experience
  • Strong people and networking skills
  • Ability to communicate, influence and present at all levels of business
  • Comfortable with working with both Deloitte partners and senior client contacts
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of different businesses
  • Ability to work within a team
