We are seeking a driven sales representative with experience in consultative selling to promote Oracle Advertising’s value proposition across assigned business territories (split by market and vertical) in SEA.
Your primary KPI will be to grow revenue across our main activation product suite (audience and contextual targeting) by demonstrating how these solutions can solve business challenges for our clients.
The ideal candidate should be humble and persistent with the necessary drive, research skills and influencer abilities to establish meaningful relationships with key decision makers.
You thrive on a ‘hunting’ mindset and find motivation in collaborating with other product sales teams, expanding the overall opportunity with your clients and ultimately achieving revenue goals.

Key responsibilities include:
Continual day-to-day focus on developing client relationships to a strategic level where Oracle Advertising is seen as an integral component across their online advertising activities. Work alongside Account Management teams to maximize, upsell and cross-sell activation product opportunities.
Report forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy and planning to SEA Head of Sales.
Key Requirements
- 3-5 years adtech platform / programmatic / digital media agency experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent reputation and network across advertisers and agencies
- Proven track record of overachievement against revenue and growth targets
- Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and decision makers
- Ability to navigate complex organizations to build strong relationships
- Tremendous work ethic, laser focus, passion and commitment
- Enjoy learning new technologies and translating this into value for clients/prospects

Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.
Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills. Prefer 5 years of related experience. Secondary education in Marketing or a related field preferred.
