Your Role and Responsibilities

Currently we are looking for Client Technical Solutioner (Cloud).

At IBM, solutioners design and develop solutions to address client business problems and are accountable for delivering value to clients and IBM. They apply technology and domain or industry expertise, architecture & design methods to capture & analyze client requirements, design & develop innovative solutions.

In this role you will spend the majority of your time working along senior CTSs and TSMs, interfacing directly with clients.

If you know your technology, possess solid communication & documentation skills and are able to articulate the impact and business benefits of your solutions - it is the role for you. A solid experience of guiding clients in adopting these technologies and platforms will be your asset. Additional knowledge or experience in the areas of IT and/or cloud technology strategy, capacity planning, service management and/or resiliency services will be a plus

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience  in major Cloud technologies and service providers, including virtualization, containers, IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure and Red Hat
• Experience capturing, prioritizing, and analyzing client requirements
• Experience designing and documenting detailed and implementable architectures for cloud platforms

 

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Demonstrated successful delivery of consulting engagements
• Experience in interfacing directly with client
• industry certifications
