Cloud Architect

Key Roles and Responsibilities include:
* 15+ years of experience in Consulting (from leading Consulting company) and software industry specifically in Middleware with recent Cloud related experience.

* Leading key projects delivery as the solution architect, hands-on lead developers, and/or technical leader.

• Proven communicator, ability to motivate teams (both internal and external) and build alignment around goals and objectives.

• Ability to manage multiple delivery engagements

* Business case development, project and program management, business development, proposal writing and management
* Hands-on development of deliverable utilizing formal structured methodology
* Assisting in the growth and development of the PaaS and IaaS, domain for Consulting and  providing hands-on leadership and direction, contributing to the growth of intellectual capital in the industry and supporting the development of other consultants through mentoring and/or coaching activities

* Experience in designing Custom Cloud application or extensions around SaaS ( ERP/HCM/CX/EPM)

• Experience with Middleware Technology, Security, and Java.

• Knowledge in Oracle RDBMS and related tools, GoldenGate, Enterprise Manager Suite 

• Knowledge in one or more Oracle Apps/SaaS as AppsTech: Oracle EBS, PSFT, Siebel, etc.

The below are nice to have skills:

• Experience and understands Microservice architecture with containers such as Docker, Kubernetes

• Experience in DevOps Practice and tools such as Puppet, Ansible, etc.

• Knowledge in Mobile Application Development tools and architecture.

• Knowledge in NoSQL DB, BigData architecture.

• Experience in Infrastructure Cloud like AWS, MS Azure

• Experience in Platform Cloud like Mulesoft, SalesForce, IBM Cloud etc.
 

 

An experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
