To achieve this, Oracle has aligned CE resources to proactively qualify customer’s workloads, offering specific included services to qualified customers for rapid lift & shift to the Cloud, helping customers achieve measurable business value leveraging the unique benefits of OCI & ensure Customer’s feedback is captured & heard by Oracle.

We have exciting new opportunities within JAPAC Cloud Engineering Strategy and Innovation team for Strategy Accelerator Leads. In this role, you will lead to strategize, plan & execute Strategic Programs, Initiatives, Frameworks and execute through the Cloud Engineering teams & other Oracle Teams to directly impact the Oracle Cloud growth objectives. This role reports to the JAPAC Cloud Engineering Strategy and Innovation Lead, or PMO Lead.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Cloud Engineering leaders to align to the overall business objectives of Cloud Engineering and JAPAC Cloud growth priorities
• Collaborate closely with Cloud Engineering Teams & other relevant Oracle Lines of Business (LOBs) to drive improvement to the Cloud Customer experience
• Strategize, plan and accelerate execution of programs & initiatives to contribute directly to driving Cloud growth objectives
• Provide market-in, customer-in perspectives on issues relevant to JAPAC cloud growth 
• Focus on continuous improvement initiatives to improve effectiveness, efficiency & productivity within Cloud Engineering 
• Lead in the conceptualization and planning of strategic programs and initiatives focused on driving improvements in the areas of customer engagements, ecosystem partnerships, field enablement and talent transformation
• Lead virtual teams within and outside of Cloud Engineering to execute the actions and activities within strategic programs and Initiatives
• Track and measure the progress and outcomes of strategic programs and initiatives, and look for opportunities to refine and improve 
• Effectively collaborate with other teams within JAPAC and globally to drive the targeted Oracle Cloud growth outcomes
• Be a leader with high levels of energy, passion, creativity and enthusiasm

Success will be achieved through: 

• Meeting the defined objectives of JAPAC Cloud Engineering Strategy and Innovation team
• Contributing directly to the Cloud Engineering’s Key Success Measures 
• Contributing directly to Oracle’s Cloud growth objectives

Skills and Profile:

• Significant experience (5-8 years) in Consulting / Market Research / Corporate Strategy / Program Management in complex, rapidly changing and matrixed environment
• Solid IT / Cloud Computing experience
• Experience in engaging Senior Leadership 
• Fluency in written and spoken English (Competency in other languages is a bonus) 
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills 
• Strong personality to proactively reach out to various stake holders to advance Strategic Program activities
• Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders including senior level executives
• High levels of energy, creativity and enthusiasm
• Meticulous and inquisitive attitude 
• Knowledge of Oracle’s products/solutions and competitive products will be a bonus
• Advanced degree in Computer Engineering, Technology/Commerce 
• Skills required:
  • Excel (including using Pivots, Look-ups, equations, plotting, macros etc.)
  • PowerPoint
• Experience in the following will be a bonus:
  • Oracle APEX – SQL, APEX Development, Java script etc.
  • Digital Media – HTML, CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) and Portal design & set-up
