Oracle's Cloud mission is to bring its cutting-edge technologies to any customer, anywhere in the world, through the Internet to help them grow the business. As part of its Cloud commitment, Oracle has created Cloud Adoption team to drive successful Cloud adoption by our customers. Your role is to provide technical support to our customers during their Oracle Cloud journey. You will connect with customers in APAC remotely/online helping them to adopt and embrace the full power of Cloud by running demonstrations, workload migration, testing, resolving technical issues and Cloud service activation, etc. If you are technically curious, with a good grasp of Cloud Platform (IaaS & PaaS) knowledge, and enjoy engaging with customers, we have the right opportunity for YOU. 

 

Responsibilities\:

 

·       Convey a compelling and convincing case for Oracle Cloud.

·       Develop and run workshops and demonstrations to present to the customer the benefits of using of Oracle Cloud.

·       Provide technical assistance to prospects who are interested in evaluating Oracle IaaS and PaaS through our Trials program to ensure an excellent Trial experience.

·       Understand their evaluation criteria, their current environment, the companies being evaluated and provide a comprehensive comparison of Oracle IaaS and PaaS offerings.

·       Support and guide existing Oracle Cloud customers by understanding their current infrastructure to identify and prioritize areas they can benefit by migrating to Oracle IaaS and PaaS.

·       Work closely with the wider Oracle team to engage the right resources at the right time.

·       Identify and design solutions using latest technologies to enhance and optimize tools used in daily operations to increase the efficiency.

 

Profile\:

 

·       3 years of deep hands-on technical / consulting experience in IT infrastructure software or Cloud Platform (IaaS and PaaS) Technology.

·       Excellent customer engagement skills\: listening, understanding, demonstrating, presenting, and verbal and written communication.

·       Strong understanding of public cloud technology as it is adopted by IT departments, lines of business and developers.

·       Computing applications or database/tools technical experience. Strong knowledge of system and application design.

·       Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems with customers in complex technical environments.

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong prioritization skills for volume business.

·       Team player who will work within the company to continue improving the way Oracle serves its clients.

·       Domain Knowledge in Oracle Cloud Platform (IaaS & PaaS) is preferred.

·       IT BS degree or equivalent; advanced degree desirable.
