Job Description

What are my responsibilities?

  1. Pre-Sales support, Bidding/ Contract Negotiation Support. 前期销售支持,投标/合同谈判支持。                              

  2. Project cost controlling, analysis and report in project.  项目成本控制、分析以及项目相关报告。                                         

  3. Reporting of project financial status. 项目财务状况汇报                                         

  4. Budgeting and forecast for project key financial figures. 项目关键财务数据的预算和预测 

  5. Payment documents prepareation, monitoring customer payment schedule, and account receivables following up . 付款文件的准备及跟踪, 跟进客户付款计划,应收账款追踪。 

  6. Prepare commercial reports. 准备相关商务报表                                                                      

  7. SAP process owner (project creation, plan cost/plan revenue maintenance, billing, actual cost booking, report checking, etc.) SAP流程用户(项目创建,维护计划成本/计划收入/开具发票/实际发生费用/报告核查等)                              

  8. Participation in/coordination of monthly closing. 参与/协调月度结账                                 

  9. Change order initiation and realization. 订单变更的发起和实现                                                                        

  10. Preparation of documents for outgoing claims and against incoming claims. 准备索赔文件                                             

  11. Providing commercial advice and feedback to work partners. 为工作伙伴提供商务建议和反馈                                              

  12. Coach, advice and experience sharing to other Bas. 在工作中给与其他商务指导、建议及经验的分享                                 

  13. Other tasks assigned by supervisor. 领导分派的其他任务                                                                                                                                                                                                                     

How can I qualify for this job?

Professional

Know well about order processing, cost control and analysis, contract Law,Import & Export knowledge, logistic and relevant knowledge. 5+ years’ relevant working experience.

熟知定单操作、成本控制及分析、合同法、物流及进出口知识。5年以上相关工作经验。

Project / Process

Experienced in order and contract management.; 有订单和合同管理的经验;

Be familiar with law, standard commercial conditions; project management 熟悉合同法,标准商务条款,谈判技巧和项目管理;

Bood at communication and problem solving; 善于沟通及解决问题;

Able to work under pressure and systematically, able to organize and optimize the process.

能够在压力下并系统化地工作,能组织并优化流程。

Intercultural:

Experience in commercial or finance area 5+ years’ working experiences in multinational companies. 跨国企业的商务或财务5年以上工作经验
