Your new role – challenging and future oriented Commercial and legal processing and preparation of offers and contracts, including LoA, financing model and calculation Opportunity and risk management (e.g. checking of customer and supplier credit rating and their analysis) Management of receivables and clarification of open claims Providing the necessary information to the Controlling Operator and Controlling Professional for the purposes of reporting to the parent company Knowledge, monitoring and compliance with LoA regulations in their field of work Supporting the implementation of given financial strategies, policies and guidelines Advising and proposing improvements of the processes in the field of business administration Creation of harmonized and standardized model contracts in all relevant areas of business (with suppliers, customers and service providers) Coordination of all commercial activities within the EM Division in cooperation with relevant stakeholders Other ad hoc business activities in accordance with the requirements of the Country Business Unit Controller and the Country Division Controller Knowledge and respect of Siemens’ Business Conduct Guidelines Knowing and tracking all corporate and legal procedures in dedicated domain of work Your qualifications – solid and appropriate Minimum 5 years of experience in same or similar role within a multidisciplinary and international team Bachelor or Master degree in Economics Knowledge of foreign and domestic trade Fluency in English and Serbian; knowledge of German will be considered an advantage Advanced use of MS Office Strong understanding of business processes Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills Result and quality oriented person with great negotiation skills Strong professional ethics and ownership culture We are looking forward to receiving your application!
