• Technical consulting, commissioning, and service support for Siemens Digital Industries product portfolio (PLC, SCADA systems, drives, industrial PCs, Industrial communication & RFID Systems) 

• Troubleshooting and service support in case of Siemens equipment functioning issues

• Coordinating communication between Siemens and the customer

• Investigation of the used components in the machinery on site and developing proposals for the spare parts

• Assistance during machine acceptance on site 

• Act as Siemens ambassador with the goal to maintain and improve Siemens position with the end customer 

• Ability to promote Digital Industries services to the customer

• Keeping Siemens Digital Industries team aligned on potential sales opportunities 

• Working on site

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or similar

• At least 5 years of experience in industrial automation industry (tire industry will be plus), ideally within a multinational environment

• Knowledge of Siemens Digital Industries portfolio

• Advanced knowledge about PLC and drive technology, basic knowledge about Industrial Communication, Industrial PCs and RFID products

• Proficient in MS Office 

• Fluency in English, knowledge of German will be a plus

• Strong solution orientation

• Open to intercultural work on global level

• Driving license, category B

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
