Are you an individual that is passionate about the cloud and enjoys working being a critical part of our decision-making process? We are looking for aSenior Program Manager to join our Regulated Markets team at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) in Seattle, WA. You will be responsible for\:
* Driving our compliance roadmap by performing regulatory due diligence efforts that align with data center expansion/global builds
* Identifying and advocating for compliance enablers through market research and partnering with local subject experts to assess impact
* Regularly collaborating with internal teams, including (but not limited to) sales, compliance, security, legal, global standards, and service teams.
* Streamlining and developing processes and deliverables that support OCI senior leadership decision making
* Understanding regulations in various regulated markets such as automotive, financial services, healthcare, and public sector to assess impact to our organization.
* Developing a scalable model that will support OCI continuing to expand into international locations
Preferred Qualifications\:
* BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
* Strong verbal and written communication
* 4 years of experience in project management, internal/external audit, and/or customer enablement.
* Analytical skills, reporting, and metrics creating skills.
* Ability to work autonomously/independently.

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 5 years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.
