About Zhangjiagang Plant

As the 1st plant in china, AAK Zhangjiagang is built with the latest AAK technologies and state-of-art facilities, covering than 67,000m2 occupied area . It was officially put into production in Jan., 2017 with a production capacity of 150,000 metric tons per year. It is a customized plant, boasting a fully automated process guarantees the high product quality and process efficiency and a well designed raw material tank farm /and blending tanks gives the plant the versatility to / work with multi oils.

Requirements:

• Majoring in engineering or safety related disciplines.
• Good to have English communication ability.
• Specific training in construction management.
• At least 3 years’ working experiences in construction related operations in foreign company
• Familiar with local safety regulations, standards and technologies.
• Strong knowledge of PTW fire prevention, lifting and installation management as well as occupational safety and health.
• At least 3 years’ safety management experiences of project construction in international companies.
• Strong ability to assert himself, able to understand and speak the specific (rough) language of construction sites.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist HSE Manager to develop safety instructions in Site related to construction sites
• Provide Safety technical support and coordination to daily construction activities in Site;
• Closely work with dedicated supervision companies and operation teams to ensure compliance in safety regulations;
• Conduct independent of the safety work of the contractors and the supervision company’s internal inspection in owner´s responsibility and ensure findings identified and corrective actions tracked through to completion;
• Maintain and improve site emergency management system.
• Provide safety guidance to all contractors, and give direction and leadership to ensure their safety compliance during their service and project implementation at the site
• Provide HSE training and instruction to contractor, supervise/ control contractor and supplier imposing HSE training, and ensure the site construction safety during site project implementation.
