Job objective:
Responsible for the development of AD-AT, both new and existing employees, of all traditional channels (BAU), as well as the Full Time Agent (FTA)

 Job responsibilities:

• ​Plan the training and development for AD-AT -ET North

• Certify AT/AD/ET in term of training as well as necessary working capability

• Conduct training courses related to core competencies to improve and develop AT/AD/ET as work requirement

• Design required training programs

• Assess training capability of AT/AD/ET through training quality control

Job Requirements:

• University degree preferred pedagogy

• At least 03 years in training at life insurance. At least 05 years involved in designing / quality functions

• Preferred industry certifications (LIMRA/Loma)

• Presentation, designing, training and communication skills are critical.
