No one is more apt to provide that partnership than Oracle Consulting.  With our wealth of experience, and deep expertise in and commitment to delivering solutions that provide business benefits to our customers we are well poised to lead in this market segment.  The APAC Transformation Team is tasked with supporting the APAC regions with driving joint success on large deals with license, and will serve as the center of excellence for developing cloud transformation propositions to our customers ranging from solutions to proposals to direct engagement with our customer in leading them to see the benefits of cloud transformation and guiding them on the path of change.

 

Responsibilities:

Work with Oracle’s largest customers to understand their current business challenges and determine how Oracle Cloud solutions can support their business objectives. 

Lead and deliver Business Transformation engagements with our existing customers and prospects. These include process redesign and optimization, operating model reassessment, Embedding innovation and agile methodologies

Contribute to sales cycle strategies in order to win business.

Manage and achieve key metrics associated with sales, delivery, people and capability building . Co-ordinate staffing, deal on boarding, preparation, unified messaging/win themes, successful value propositions papers and presentations.

Lead development of Cloud Roadmaps for large enterprises 

Conduct other business development activities as appropriate.

Build Meaningful and Sustained relationships with Stakeholders and Decision makers in large accounts

 

Skills:

Successful track record in closing Large Enterprise opportunities

Sharp Focus on Closing, and Clear and timely communication on progress and help needed and status of opportunity pursuits

Experience implementing enterprise ERP, HCM or CX solutions as a consultant or as a customer

Ability to speak the "language of the customer”, 

Deep awareness in one of the various pillars of our cloud solutions is a must, ERP, CX, and HCM, and ability to cross into the other pillars as required

Industry Experience in FSI, Telco, Retail, Public Sector, or Industrial

Ability to connect and establish relationships with C- level executives

Ability to articulate the value of Cloud and ability to guide customers in planning and executing a Cloud transformation

Superior ability to multi-task, influence action, address conflict and manage multiple large customers at different stages of their journey effectively and efficiently. 

Superior competency in influencing and negotiating for a successful outcome

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, succinctly document and very effectively present

Self-Starter – Able to operate in unstructured environment, and chart a path to success as a leader and marshal all the power of Oracle to support you

At as the owner of the business, with a high sense of ownership and drive.  

Experience delivering using Business Consulting Frameworks ex:   Six Sigma, Agile, Design Thinking

As an acknowledged authority within Oracle, this senior-level consulting professional has a breadth of knowledge and understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs across multiple product families. Collaborates with the consulting sales team to design innovative solutions that have industry-wide impact.

Analyzes business needs to ensure Oracle solution meets customer objectives. Exercises creativity and independent judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to design non-routine and very complex business solutions utilizing Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. As a position of technical and professional influence, this individual frequently operates at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies enhancements to Oracle products to meet complex customer needs. As a thought leader and customer advisor, influences customer leadership in acceptance of Oracle solutions and services to facilitate the closing of consulting deals. Contributes to non-routine and very complex statements of work, work breakdown structure and/or level of effort and staff plans. Presents and demonstrates solutions to customers. Builds and maintains a network and up-to-date specific industry or product knowledge. Responsible for transitioning deal knowledge to implementation team. Coordinates a pursuit team of subject matter experts. Leads the domain specific solution design aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality and integrated business solutions. Knowledgeable of competition and external factors that may influence Oracle's competitive position. Resolves highly complex customer issues by recommending solutions. Ensures enterprise solution spans across the customer*s business processes. Designs innovative solutions that maximize the use of standard product capabilities to meet customer objectives.

10+ years of experience relevant to this position including 5 years of consulting experience. Prior team lead or manager experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Broad product, technology or industry expertise. Ability to craft and articulate strategic solutions. In-depth knowledge of implementation methodologies and best practices. Knowledge of competitive & partner products, technology and solutions. Proficient in using selling and negotiation techniques and tools. Ability to travel as needed.
