SCOPE
Reports to Director of Business Operations International SaaS Business Development. Working to provide analytical support for the business and strategic programs. He/ she works closely with other colleagues in or outside Business Operations.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES 
Prepare defined management reports, most of the reports are around strategic initiatives or programs
Ensuring that these management reports are completed accurately and in a timely fashion.
Enhance existing reports – following requests. Pro-actively flags opportunities for improvement.
Designing new reports based on requirements showing impactful data coming from multiple sources
Seeking for possibilities to automate existing manual reporting
Comes up with first views based on first analytics (e.g. deviations, anomalies etc.)
Ah hoc analysis – pulling data from systems and preparing first views for further analysis, understanding.
Demonstrate ability and aptitude to learn an internal process and tools fast and correct within the role performed.
