Job Description
Leads business-focused, enterprise level, architecture-driven pre-sales and delivery consulting engagements. This is senior-level consulting professional and an acknowledged authority within the business/IT community. Collaborates with business/IT customer executive stakeholders, partners, and Oracle sales and consulting leadership teams to drive alignment of customer*s business strategy and objectives using Oracle IT architecture, products and services. Proposes innovative solutions that maximize the customer*s Oracle investment and drives customer value; influences customer*s IT strategy, roadmap, and business/IT solutions.

Develops relationships with partner and customer executive stakeholders and Oracle leaders across lines of business. Leads the enterprise-wide solution architecture and design aspects of engagements, thus ensuring high quality and integrated business solutions. Architects and designs complex business solutions utilizing industry best practices, business and IT architectures, as well as broad and deep knowledge of Oracle's product stack, applications, software, hardware, engineered systems, and system integration capabilities. Advises customer on IT strategies and roadmaps. Helps customers gain a competitive advantage and/or achieve operational excellence using enabling leading edge technologies. Influences customer executive management and partner senior management in acceptance of Oracle solutions and services to facilitate the closing of consulting deals. Coordinates and develops statements of work for large programs and complex efforts. Keeps up-to-date on industry best practices, Oracle products, and competitive positioning. Transitions deal knowledge to implementation teams. Coordinates pursuit teams of subject matter experts. Assesses and manages program/project/technical risks and escalations. Proposes and implements governance structures and processes.

15 years of experience working with customers at an enterprise level. 8 years of consulting experience. Strong analytical, facilitation and communication skills (informal, formal, written, verbal and graphical). Prior team lead or manager experience. Broad product, technology or industry expertise. Ability to architect and articulate strategic solutions. In-depth knowledge of program management, architecture, and implementation methodologies and best practices. Knowledge of competitive and partner products, technology and solutions. Proficient in using selling and negotiation techniques and tools. Undergraduate degree (or higher) preferred or equivalent experience.
