What You’ll Do
As a Business Management Analyst you would be responsible of making sure the business is profitable, standardize the process, identifying and implementing best practices and providing Operational information and working as a Business Partner with Oracle Consulting
- Managing the collaboration between the business, operations and other supporting departments like e.g. commission and bonus groups, sales support, Operations Services, Finance, HR, Legal, etc.
- Developing and implementing process standardizations and simplifications, where applicable well defined deviations. Identifying and implementing best practices.
- Providing operational background information and outlining possible consequences to the Consulting organization.
- Driving actions to support Business in achieving objectives, supporting operational excellence in all processes and services of Consulting Sales and Delivery
- Supporting Business transformation, as well as change management
- Providing operational management information to the Consulting management team, participate in management team meetings, being trusted advisor to the management team.
- Working closely with EMEA Consulting Business Operations and Business Systems to align and standardize services.
- Working closely with the Finance department, ensuring effective support to the BusinessCollaborate with following teams: Finance, Business, Business Managers (Sales and Delivery), AR, AP, IEBC, RevRec, Risk Mgmt, Project Mgmt, Deal Mgmt/Contracts/Deal Specialists, Collections, Legal, Consulting Business Support, Consulting Business Systems
What You’ll Bring
- Business Acumen, you are able to look at the data and make business recomendations
- Experience in forecasting, revenue prediction, credit issues, contract issues, business review etc.
- At least 5+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst role
- At least 3+ years’ experience in a consulting business (preferred)
- Language Skills: English at a professional level

As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client*s satisfaction. This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery.Provide engagement delivery services both as an individual and as a team member. Services include identifying needs, developing, influencing and implementing proposals. Able to lead, support and participate on project teams. Able to use Oracle selling and negotiation techniques and tools.
Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas of sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet business needs. A BS or BA in related fields. 7-9 years overall experience in functional or technical role. Three years experience in multi-dimensional issue resolution. Project management experience. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Assignments have been progressively more responsible. Willing to travel regionally with some national/international travel.
