5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. The Consultant will be responsible for working directly with customers to document and validate their business requirements and map them to NetSuite functionality. In addition, the Consultant will work with the customer to configure/customize NetSuite application to meet their business requirements. The Consultant will be required to conduct sessions with the customer over the phone or in-person, attend project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables. The Consultant will provide customers with as needed consulting and general assistance and be a 'go-to' resource for specific functional areas. The Consultant will be expected to contribute to the solutions repository/best practices and knowledge share activities at NetSuite.

May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

 

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting or Management Information Systems
• 3+ years in application systems consulting for a Software Vendor / VAR
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Products
• Consulting experience in common industry standard business practices, such as ERP, SFA/CRM, or Ecommerce
• Industry knowledge of any of Software / Services / Wholesale Distribution / Retail
• Ability to effectively implement an ERP, SFA/CRM or Ecommerce Solution
• 2nd European Language

Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise. Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions. Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack.

8-10 years of experience relevant to this position including 4 years of consulting experience. Prior team leadership or management experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Strong influencing and negotiation skills. Ability to travel as needed.
