This senior manager-level position is responsible for people management and supporting sales and delivery enablement. The role may also be responsible for overseeing staff augmentation and other projects. The role requires representation on the CS Consulting Leadership team for JAPAC.

Ensures operational policies are followed, and that business objectives are achieved by focusing on best practices and process improvements. Responsible for operational metrics and business results for assigned areas of responsibility. Typically manages individual contributors and/or entry-level managers. Monitors consultant activities and project performance (e.g. status report reviews, responding to staffing and availability issues and proactively seeks out project performance reviews, etc.). May serve as project advisor for moderately complex engagements, including estimating, project sequencing and support of sales questions from RFPs.

The role requires 8+ years of relevant experience, including four years of consulting experience. Management experience preferred, including management of people. An Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience is required. Product, technology or industry expertise is relevant to the practice focus. Ability to travel as needed.
