The Recruiting Coordinator’s role is to manage and support recruiting organizations for coordination. This resource will be the point of contact for the hiring managers, Talent advisors, and candidates for the recruiting process.
This individual should ensure the process goes smoothly and ensure the candidate, panel, and customer’s experience is good.
To partner with our Talent Advisors to develop a world-class candidate experience that supports our strategic plan and goals by supporting best-practice and talent management policies, practices, processes, and tools.
Bachelor’s degree and 1 to 2 Yrs of relevant experience
Excellent communication skills are written and verbal
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and outlook
Able to maintain absolute discretion regarding confidential and or sensitive information
Flexible and able to adapt to change in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to be proactive and maintain a common-sense approach
Self-motivation and ability to work unsupervised
Experience in a similar role of Recruiting coordination would be a plus
Experience of working in a recruitment environment
Ability to multi-task and to deal with stress and a sense of urgency and prioritization
Ability to work with all levels of management
Ability to handle a heavy workload
Ability to wear multiple hats at any given time
