Seeking Corporate Counsel with 5+ years of Legal experience with commercial legal matters, including legal work on transactions with high degree of client and customer contact. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of global privacy and data protection laws, regulations and self-regulatory guidance. Candidate may handle a diverse portfolio of products and services including but not limited to Cloud, Ad Tech, Marketing, Consulting, Hardware, On Premise License and Technical Support. Admission to practice in the US required.

Expected tasks include:

• drafting and negotiating commercial customer and partner contracts
• evaluating new or evolving product use cases from a commercial legal perspective in support of the adtech and martech business units
• collaborating with internal groups on a variety of internal projects, including global business practices, business approval teams and product development
• evaluating product development initiatives to ensure compliance with commercial contracts
