The Role

Based in Shanghai, the Head of HR role is responsible for leading the HR function for the whole of China to support the fast growth of the business. The business model is intense with multiple business lines and stakeholders, therefore requires someone with strong leadership capability and a solid foundation in HR operations. You will be leading a sizeable team and expected to develop capability within the function.

The Individual

You should be an experienced HR generalist who has worked in international organisations. The unique mixture of the population requires someone able to manage multiple stakeholders and complex business structures. HR transformation and integration experience would be a plus.
