Job Description
The purpose of the position is to responsible that the documentations of the seafarers are well handled as per requirements and regulations and assist the head of MO FEA to ensure the relevant aspects of the seafarers in China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar and Singapore are well managed for Business Units.
Coordinating with 3rd party agents and all BUs of Crew operations/Recruitment/Talent & development/MOs in handling relevant tasks.

- Handle updating/uploading documentation data of the seafarers under MO FEA in the system;
- Distribute endorsements to respective MOs or the vessels;
- Assist several daily Crew HR duties such as sickness, crew welfare, appraisals, crew complaints, complaints from vessels etc;
- Issues documents of SEAMS etc. as required;
- Updates daily for officers/cadets data/file if required;
- Assist seafarer’s payroll and reimbursement issue;
- Assist for the relevant programme not limited to cadet programme in the respective region of Far East Asia for Business Units.
- Participate in other duties as specified by the Head of Manning Office Far East Asia.
- Successful ensure documentation in compliance with local and international regulations and Business Units requirements.
- Measured on Key Performance Indicators (KPI), includes measurements on:
o Manning office performance quality
- Measured on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) issued by Business Units such as:
o Manning office performance / quality
- Objectives as assigned by the Head of Manning Office Far East Asia.
We are looking for
- Good proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential
- Good proficiency in systems especially MS office
- Basic Professional knowledge and awareness of global industries
- Maritime University bachelor’s degree preferred, CET-6
- Experience in the crewing and/or maritime training industry preferred
