Customer Business Support Specialist-2

Job Description

1. In-time and accurate invoice reconciliation and AR clearance for E-commerce customers(JD/TM/Suning);

2. Coordinate with related team ( including Legal, Tax and Internal Control) and Sales to improve promotion reimbursement process and special cases solving. Ensure implement to ensure adherence to company guidelines.

3. Other communication and coordination work within the department.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. With working background of FMCG is preferred;

3, Be proficient in office software (word, excel, ppt), with certain data analysis capabilities;

4. Good independent communication ability and strong resistance to stress.

5. Familiar with SAP system is preferred.

Global VISA and Relocation Specifications:

This role is available for local candidates already authorized to work in the role’s country only. K-C will not provide relocation support for this role.
