Key responsibilities

1.Ensure that all activities which fall under Sealand - A Maersk Company Asia PRN - Customer Service related to responsible customers are carried out satisfactorily.
2. Assist customer with shipment related problems for smooth cargo release.
3. Ensure co-ordination with sales on case studies to work out best and tailor maker service to certain customers.
4. Clearly communicate with customers on each single requirement, build up communication channel between customer service and customers for all service related issues, make sure “go to person” is reachable by customer whenever.
5. All E-commerce related stuffs.
6. Closely follow up on freight collection and ensure no outstanding within credit days.
7. Closely follow up with longstandings.
8. Work carefully and cautiously to avoid potential risk and claims.
9. Actively seek solution to mitigate cost and comfort customer when there is claim or service failure.
10. Exercise due diligence in all matters.
