• Support Assistant Manager/ Regional Head in managing the department’s KPI in according to the assigned provinces• Support Assistant Manager in leading the performance and activities management of CRA/TeleCRA of respective province to achieve the assigned KPIs (RYP, non-cash, service delivery to customers)
• Support Regional Head/Assistant to monitor the disciplinary, compliance with code of conduct
• Support Assistant Manager in training CRA/TeleCRA
• Support Assistant Manager in collaborating with distribution channels to maximize renewal services, FY enhancement of respective channel
- Be responsible for the achievement of the assigned KPIs of the assigned provinces.
- Communicate clearly about department’s vison, mission, objectives and KPIs to CRA/TeleRA.
- Support Assistant Manager in managing the activities of CRA/TeleCRA to ensure the quality of service delivery to customer and improve customer experience at the assigned provinces.
- Support lapse management/prevention by collaborating with relative distribution channel and other departments and working with CRA/TeleCRA accordingly.
- Support FYP and RYP persistency improvement by implementing appropriate activities/assignment to downline staff/CRA/TeleCRA.
- Monitor quality of call from CRA/TeleCRA to customers on regular basis following current applicable process.
- Support Regional Head/Assistant Manager in providing training, mentoring or coaching to CRA/TeleCRA
- Monitor the compliance of CRA/TeleCRA’s code of conduct, prevent misappropriation, protect customer data.
- Implement the department’s initiatives, projects.
- Engage CRA/TeleCRA to all company/department’s activities to ensure their enthusiasm and high working spirit, which helps to achieve target
- Correctness and completeness of CRA contact reports, especially “unable to contact” and “potential lapse” reports.
- Frequency of contacting customers in outside areas.
- Correctness in checking databases (zip code) & premium applying
