What are my responsibilities?
- Professional customer relationship management plan execution with creative & strategic thinking according to globally CRM guideline;
- Clearly understand Global Business Service Purchase-to-Pay strategy, business plan;
- Understand Global Business Service Purchase-to-Pay service nature, Purchase-to-Pay business trend, innovation as well as automation potential;
- Business analysis for marketing trend and structure the main focus of business growth;
- Drive to promote best practices with customers and enlarge the service scopes;
- Customer relationship management with efficient approach way;
- Ensure high customer satisfaction indicator and customer satisfaction evaluation follow up;
- Ensure that timely communication with all internal service function team;
- Other tasks assigned by team leader or manager;
