Job Description

4. Follow the other instruction and assignment by supervisor/manager such as responsibility change, job rotation and etc.

Key responsibilities

1. Being constant care to the customer and provide second-to-none service under high teamwork spirit
2. Efficient handling of cash collection at counter
3. To maximize profitable business
4. Live the APM vision, mission and values
5. Invoice issuance, Payment settlement of direct booking shipment
6. Clear business email in CM system within promised turn time
7. Clear personal email in Outlook
8. Be the back up in the absence of other counter transaction executant
