Job Description
Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Provide outstanding customer service to English speaking customers (largely from North
America and Europe) as well as our Chinese based customers through live chat, e-mail, and
phone;
2. Follow standard operating procedures and quality assurance processes;
3. Present solid knowledge of our products and services to existing and potential customers;
4. Escalate customer inquiries and / or problems when required;
5. Native speaker is required.
