The SaaS Tools and Innovation (TINNO) team utilizes state-of-the-art technology stacks, advanced data analytics, and machine learning, to advance Oracle’s internal tools. Specifically, our role is to further Oracle’s goals through proactive, engaged interactions with customers and through providing key insights to Oracle, her partners, and her customers.
The Systems Analyst will work within the TINNO team and with other departments to analyze data related to customer engagement, product usage, renewals and key insights in an effort to determine the health of the customer’s relationship with Oracle, to predict retention, to increase customer satisfaction and engagement, and to improve Oracle’s overall effectiveness with SaaS commercial use.

The SaaS A-Team is a customer facing arm of development that ensures the success of key Oracle customers through expert engineering and diagnostic capabilities. We are looking for a highly experienced Information Architect / Data Analyst who can help analyze, organize, and define a system to collate, report, and predict customer success.
The TINNO team operates within the SaaS A-Team to deliver innovative solutions and tools to upper management primarily and key stakeholders with the goal of increasing SaaS renewals by utilizing state-of-the-art, clean and professional applications that deliver elegant visual results. |

We are seeking an experienced information architect / systems analyst to join the TINNO team. This is a high-profile organization that is responsible for the success of key Oracle SaaS customers.
As a member of this team, the analyst will be responsible for defining, capturing, and organizing the metadata that drives estimates of customer success and continued renewal. The position and the project are critical to Oracle’s future success with SaaS customers, especially with respect to renewals based on that success.
Ultimately, the data, as defined and organized by the analyst will aid Oracle in developing a predictive model.
The Information Architect / Systems Analyst responsibilities include:

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced analytical and data modeling skills. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area is required. Seven or more years of experience as an information architect, business analyst, systems analyst, or data architect is expected. |

Experience with data science a plus. Guru level with Excel spreadsheets a plus. Experience with SQL / SQLPlus (DML) a plus. Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud Service a plus. |
Interacts with product and service teams to identify questions and issues for data analysis and experiments. Develops and codes software programs, algorithms and automated processes to cleanse, integrate and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources. Identifies meaningful insights from large data and metadata sources; interprets and communicates insights and findings from analysis and experiments to product, service, and business managers.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years relevant work experience. BS/BA preferred.
