Who You Are
In this hands-on, versatile role, we are looking for a candidate who can effectively interprets creative briefs and develops bar-raising creative for visual brand systems, onsite experiences, and campaigns for Amazon Business footprints across APAC (AU, SG, CN and JP). The ideal candidate is a design thinker, motivated to develop the best solution for every challenge, regardless of scope, length or budget. You professionally present your work, with enthusiasm for both inspired creative and logical thinking. You will be working alongside a team of designers, art directors, and project managers to bring the brand to life across key touch points. Additionally, you will guide internal and external teams on executing the brand guidelines to a high standard across channels.

Primary Responsibilities
· Work with internal/external creative teams to develop, or consult on the original visual content creating such as animation, H5 and packaging design for APAC(AU, SG, JP and CN) markets.
· Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings; contributing to the strategy of future creative directions.
· Collaborate with the Amazon design community at large to ensure consistent brand use across multiple marketing channels
· Can manage and deliver multiple priorities, and taking challenging requests
· Demonstrated potential to work well with a wide range of creative talent, both inside and outside of your organization
· Starts with the customer in mind and understands the powerful role that creative content can play in a successful and engaging customer experience.
