Job Description

This role will support Oracle's government customers.  TS Clearance needed for this role. 

  • BS in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience with SDLC and CI/CD technologies. (Jenkins, Team City, etc.)
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
  • 5 years of experience Linux Systems Administration.
  • Proficient in the following languages\: Python, Bash, or similar shell scripting.
  • Experience with one of the following languages Java, C/C , C#, Ruby, JavaScript, or another object-oriented language
  • Linux / Unix systems experience with hypervisors, systems configuration, and security best practices

Additional Desired Qualifications\: 

  • Experience in a start-up environment
  • Experience building RESTful web services
  • Experience with Docker and container technologies
  • Problem analysis finding root cause and driving improvements in the process and code
  • Rack, server, and networking device management
!|!Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
