The Role Responsibility
· Support Lab Management Service for host management, device recovery, unbrick, on-boarding, off-board, kats upgrade maintenance, logistic tasks.
· Equipment maintenance: calibration, repair, rework and unbrick devices and hosts.
o Followed Lab Engineer to update all lab infrastructure, equipment, and software configurations.
o Backup Lab Engineer in his absence, support proto-type devices and host troubleshooting.
o Organize and maintain stock of fix assets such as critical test equipment, third party devices, proto-type devices.
o Handle for device shipping and receiving for site needs, support inventory management.
o Paper work and Reporting on daily task tracking and inventory status
