Job Description
Responsible for identifying digital communication needs and opportunities of the organisation based on corporate and business strategy, and developing and designing strategic and effective digital communications to satisfy the needs of stakeholders and maximise the opportunities

Job Description
Liaise with Communications GM to agree strategic internal and external digital communication goals for Fonterra GC.
Enhance brand/social value of Fonterra GC by leveraging strategic digital communications.
Contribute to Fonterra GC external communications strategy leveraging digital tools including leading the design and maintenance of corporate website, and social media
Design and maintain effective internal and external company web sites and digital media
Design and implement effective internal digital communications to improve quality/speed of communications and contribute to employee engagement.
Develop engaging corporate content for digital platforms.
Work with comms team and other business partners to drive innovative content strategies for key brands and business initiatives.
Use effective metrics, insights, benchmarking and measures to analyze effectiveness of the company digital strategy and develop and implement improvement measures.
Manage compliance processes ensuring content is aligned with Fonterra’s policies and procedures across Fonterra GC’s websites and digital channels.
Serve as digital communications advisor for businesses/functions as appropriate
Other ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by the Line Manager

Qualification and experience
Degree or equivalent in PR/Ads, communications, digital marketing, multimedia or similar and/or track record in delivering and managing websites and social media
Experience in creating web site content with strong design and graphics skills
Familiarity with digital best practice and current trends as well as the regulatory environment of Dairy in China
Demonstrate solid understanding of the social media environment
Strong verbal, writing and editing skills in Chinese and English.
Extensive knowledge in strategic digital marketing and communications
Project management skills especially in web-site development
Vendor management skills
Good business/industry knowledge and experience
Excellent inter-personal, networking and team work skills
